DNEMEZ PTRIPEKESVEN (Perspectives on Dementia) – Public Talks at Angewandte Innovation Laboratory

How can we address the challenges dementia poses on our society through the potentials of art and design? How can we support people living with dementia to remain an active part of society for a longer period of time?

DNEMEZ PTRIPEKESVEN (Perspectives on Dementia) focuses on these topics in an open dialogue and in keynote lectures from different perspectives: International guests from the realms of science, art, museum, design, and social organizations give insights into their research and their hands-on experiences. In addition, they are placing their findings within the context of the arts-based research project D.A.S. Dementia. Arts. Society.

This project aims to raise public awareness of the situation faced by people living with dementia and to contribute to give them new perspectives on their abilities and social environment. In the course of DNEMEZ PTRIPEKESVEN the research team is going to present interim results and created works up to date.
